Srinagar, March 02: For more pellet guns to CRPF in Kashmir, Er Rasheed said that the decision has proved that Centre is ruling state through the barrel of guns.
Rasheed said that Rajnath Singh needed to be reminded his promises made last year to ban use of pellet guns in Kashmir.
He said the decision has proved that claims made by New Delhi to engage Kashmiris by a comfortable dialogue speaks the truth, as pellets and bullets are no solution to any dispute.
