Commissioner Secretary Finance , Navin Kumar Choudhary, , has show his emotional side  on the very fact that the students in Kashmir went to school after a long gap of eight months.

As per post details available with Cross Town News, Navin said "My half of the office is empty this week. All officers and staff who have school going children off to Kashmir on leave as their kids go back to school after 8 months. I saw and got emotional seeing tears in their eyes describing happiness of their child back to school after a long pause. Families who could afford stayed here in winter arranging private tuitions for their wards. While we deal with their departure to Kashmir on short leaves for their little ones going back to school after a long time we must join praying their happiness prolong for eternity so far education and future of their kids are concerned."
