Ranjeet Kalra Meets Anurag Thakur; International Matches Soon In Jammu: Anurag

 
Jammu, Jan 19: Ranjeet Kalra JKCA's representative to BCCI General Body called on Union Minister of State of Finance and Corporate Affairs and Former BCCI President Anurag Thakur here today .
Kalra during the meeting thanked Sh Thakur for his public statement that Jammu is now ready to host an international Cricket Match.
" Sh Thakur was very happy to know about the recent inaguration of upgraded MA Cricket Stadium by Hon'ble Lt Governor Sh GC Murmu. He has agreed to visit the stadium during one of his next visits to Jammu.
' Sh Anurag Thakur has always has always been very receptive and kind to J&K even during his BCCI Presidentship when there were floods in 2014 he invited the JK Team to pactice at Dharamshala..We have requested him to use his good office and help us in getting an international or IPL match for Jammu." Kalra adaded.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ranjeet Kalra was also part of the then BCCI President Anurag Thakur's team and represented North India on the National Junior Cricket Committee and The Cricket Statistics Data Management Committee respectively.
