65 Killed In Massive Fire On Moving Train

Lahore, October 31: At least 65 people were killed and scores injured as a massive fire broke out on a moving train after cooking gas stoves carried by some passengers exploded in Pakistan’s eastern Punjab province.

It  said that the toll could rise further as more than 40 passengers have suffered severe burn injuries.

Rescue operation is underway and army helicopters are helping to shift the injured to hospitals.

The authorities said they were still trying to identify the victims and that the lists of fatalities and those injured were not ready yet.
